I got this for free from the hospital and really like it. I wouldn't recommend it (nor is it recommended) for multiple daily use, it's simply too slow, but for car trips and occasional use it's GREAT! I found it works best when I'm really desperate for a pump. I used it mostly when I was traveling and/or stuck in traffic (Hubby driving, of course!).

I've tried 4 different pumps-2 electric, one other hand pump and this one. No contest. This is my FAVE-comfier, easier to use, less mess, wonderful storage system, the BEST customer service.

I have owned this breast pump for nearly three years, and have used it for two babies. It comes with some spare parts "just in case", which is helpful. I have not had to replace any parts on it, though I will likely buy a new one when baby #3 finally comes along (whenever that will be). The breastshield gets a little warped after extended use, but I'm sure that's par for the course. It's still useable!

This is a great simple to use hand pump. I would recommend this pump to anyone that only needed to pump occasionally. It's easy to use, assemble & wash. It would be a good back up pump in case you didn't have a power source and good for traveling too.
