Lily Pads are amazing! I can wear them with regular bras when I know I won't be nursing and they are able to keep me completely dry - no bulky lines or lumpy breasts. They work by applying pressure to your nipple and then sticking to the breast, but they are completely comfortable. The box says you can pull them off and reapply them when nursing, but I find it a bit awkward. Also, I have a strong let down and sometimes they can become a bit moist, so I won't wear them for longer than 5 hours at a time. But for a clean, non-mommy look, they are the perfect product.

These worked great, especially while I was working, I didn't have to worry about leaking during a meeting,etc. They stick well and seal well and I didn't have any issues at all. Great product, worth every penny.

Make sure to buy the cleaning solution with the product...I had one pair that were ruined because I didn't clean them correctly.
Works great...I wear these all the time...I have two pair so that while one pair is drying i can wear the other pair. While I'm nursing I take both lilypadz off and put a cloth nursing pad on the side not being used...if the lilypadz get wet you have to clean them and it's much easier to just use the cloth pad instead.
