Natural lanolin content gives wool self-cleansing properties and removes urine odor. Medium (and Large) diaper covers have adjustable waist. Small opening in the outer seam of the woolen waistband allows you to access the inner elastic band, with button/buttonholes, to adjust for the perfect fit for your baby. I bought these for my son 7 years ago. It was my first time using cloth diapers.He was supposed to be my last baby. Now 7 years later with my surprise baby I no longer have the first ones I bought. So I am back to buy more. I debated going to other cheaper ones and finally decided to get what I know works really well. I never had to use the night time covers. Yet my son never leaked at night. I would recommend getting 4 of each size. The only problem I had was length of time drying after washing.

These diaper pants are so adorable on a baby! Very soft, pure wool. Breathable and lovely! I love wool covers and this is one of my favorite!
