Pefect for a Self Conscious Mom!

I am the typical self-conscious introvert, and my little girl is a social butterfly, afraid to miss anything! This made it very difficult for me to nurse in public, so I was elated when I discovered the Hooter Hider. This cover helped prevent my daughter from pulling the blanket off to say "hello" to the world! The cover is lightweight, perfect for warm weather, and the fabric is beautiful and durable. It has held up well to washings and will easily last through baby #2, who is on the way!

This is one of the best products for nursing mothers. The best part about the covers is that they can be very useful for other things as well. I use mine to drape over her car seat or stroller if it's too bright outside, and because it's so lightweight it isn't as hot as a blanket would be. Living in Texas that's a big plus!

I love this product - it is great for nursing in public. With my oldest, I just kept a blanket handy, and he loved being tucked under a blanket nursing. But my daughter came along and did not want to be covered up - she'd just throw the blanket off and I'd be baring it all! By the time my third one came along, a friend gave me her Hooter Hider, and it was great - it gives the baby a little more room in there, and it prevents unwanted exposure!
One disadvantage - my youngest was so cozy under the Hooter Hider that he'd dose off, and I actually ended up with a milk supply problem by the time he was a month old. So just pay attention and make sure your baby is nursing well!

After much reservation due the name and wondering if it'd really be used, I purchased it. Thanks to wonderful guidance from customer service, I love it. Wish I had it for use with my other children. Cute, easy to use, great coverage, lightweight & good quality of fabric. Baby doesn't mind it either. We can still make eye contact and not overheating. The bag is an added bonus.
