Eucalan Wool Wash is the cleaner recommended by Bowron to clean their sheepskin
products. It has a neutral pH, no enzymes and doesn't even need to be rinsed out. One bottle will be
enough to clean your sheepskin for years.
Using Eucalan in a Washing Machine: Fill washing machine with tepid water and add Euclalan concentrate
at the rate of 1 teaspoon per gallon of water. Stop the machine. Add your sheepskin (or other wool product) to the wash water
and let it soak for 30 minutes. Gently squeeze (massage) the sheepskin by hand to free up any lingering dirt avoiding any
heavy agitation. Skip the rinse cycle (this will leave the beneficial eucalyptus oil
on the sheepskin) and then spin the water out. Lay the sheepskin flat to dry. Do not place on a heat source such as a radiator.
After it is dry you may wish to brush it out to
restore its original fluffiness although it is not necesary.
