i bought these to use with my prefolds but ended up not using them it was just one other thing to do, but i use these for when i need to used a rash cream cause i can wash them by themselves.

Yes
This is good inexpensive liner and works well. I used them only for stay-dry and not for absorbency. These are very thin and good with chinese pre-fold cloth diaper.
