Blueberry Diaper's Deluxe One Size Pocket
Diapers are adjustable in both size and absorbency. Adjust the size as your baby
grows from about 8 lbs to 35 lbs (4-16 kgs). Stuff it with as little or as much
absorbency as you need to get you through a quick trip to the store, a long car
ride, or even overnight. There are snaps to adjust the sizing and there are snap closures on this version. Each Blueberry deluxe one size pocket diaper comes with
a One Size Microterry Insert.

Wash and Care Information
The diapers should be pre-washed at least once before use. If using hemp inserts, wash & dry them separately 3-4 times on hot. Washing the pocket diapers with hemp inserts together prior to first use may cause the oils from the hemp inserts to coat the fleece on the pocket diapers and cause it to repel. If you buy several diapers, you may want to pre-wash one or two first. We can only refund or exchange unused / unwashed products.
Keep your wet and dirty diapers in a diaper pail. Shake out the insert into your diaper pail and throw the diaper in after changing your baby's diaper.
1. Wash your diapers in any temperature with a small amount of detergent on normal cycle. Diapers do not require much detergent, too much will leave residue causing your diapers to possibly stink, leak, or leave baby with a rash. 1/4 the recommended amount per load is sufficient. Over-dosing on detergent also produces build up and is the single most common cause of leaking problems.
2. An additional rinse can be used for particularly soiled loads. Make sure that your diapers are rinsed clean. Any residue from stool, urine, detergent or vinegar can make your diapers smell.
3. Tumble dry on any temperature or line dry.
Do not use fabric softener. Softeners leave a waxy residue on the fabric making them less absorbent, water repellent and may potentially cause leaks. Be aware that if you use dryer sheets in your dryer for other laundry this can coat your dryer and transfer to your diapers. "Free and clear" type detergents and natural products and soaps are not recommended for diapers containing polyester because of the soap build up they tend to leave. This build up can cause repelling, leaks and rashes in sensitive skin. We recommend using Allens Naturally laundry detergents.
Do not use bleach. This will cause the diaper's fabric & elastic to prematurely deteriorate.
Do not stretch the diaper while it is still warm. Allowing the diaper to cool after taking it out of the dryer will extend the life of its elastic.
Stain removal. If staining occurs, it is important that any products used on the diapers and covers to remove the stains are mild so as not to irritate the baby's skin and/or cause the diapers to prematurely deteriorate. In most cases, laying the stained diapers out in the sun is the safest and most effective way of removing stains. |
