I have used a number of carriers over my 2-year-old's lifetime. While I love the Hava Slings for the early stages, this was something I purchased so that I could carry my toddler on my back for a plane vacation last summer so that we wouldn't have to deal with the stroller in the airport. It was a great solution for easy traveling.
Just this morning we went on a long hike (looking for our dogs who had escaped from the yard ...) He was on my back in the Beco and I'm 30 weeks pregnant, so when I say it was super comfortable even for several hours and over rocky, slick, and muddy terrain, that is saying a lot! This is definitely THE way to carry a toddler if you are pregnant.

Yes
The Gemini is so versatile and easy to use. I have never faced my daughter out, but I know that many moms NEED that feature, so I love that option. Plus you can do a hip carry. I think my favorite part is that you can cross the straps across your back instead of wearing them backpack style- very comfy!
