Works like a charm! by Melissa from North Prairie, WI on 2/23/2011 Recommends it to Friends: Yes This is our go-to diaper cream for diaper rash! Whenever a rash flared up, this cream would clear it up within one day. Works like a charm! We used it with our cloth diapers for both of our kids, but I would recommend some kind of liner to keep it off your cloth - we used homemade fleece liners, but you could use disposables or any other kind of liner. We found it also works great on older kids - our four year old occasionally develops a rash from poor wiping technique, and this also clears up redness for her within a day. Great product!
