After I got into my 3rd trimester it became obvious that I needed to wear a bra to bed for comfort but couldn't seem to find one that fit right or was comfortable enough to wear at night until i found this one. It has very stretchy cups which is what you need when you are nursing though they are thin if that is a problem for you. Baby is 6mo. old & I still use this to sleep at night as I am still nursing him. I don't think it is supportive enough for me for day use as I am a fairly large chested girl, that may be an understatement but it is so comfy for nights. Definitely highly recommend.
