Help for First Time Users


Step One

If you already have a blog, then great! You can skip down to the next instruction.

If you don't have a blog, then you can sing up for a free one at sites such as www.blogger.com or www.myblogsite.com.

Step Two

After you sign up for a blog, you can begin writing reviews on products we sell or on your parenting or family experiences. Since a blog is basically an online log or journal, you get to decide what you want to write about.

Step Three

Visit our banners and links and choose one or more to place into the content of your blog.

Custom links are very easy to make and are the subject of our most commonly asked question. Custom links are easy to create. Just click on the Custom Link button. Once that page loads, select "CUSTOM" from the drop down list, then cut and paste the link to the page you want in the box, and then click "Generate Link". You now have a custom link with your affiliate link and tracking code embedded. Please use this complete link for proper tracking and affiliate credit. In the picture below you will see the word 'CUSTOM' underlined. Just replace this word with your own text link info or your own graphic. This will enable you to generate a link to anywhere on our site!

Step Four

Once you have created your blog and uploaded links onto your site, the only other thing to do is to let people know about your blog. Remember, the more people reading your blog, the greater the chance that they will click on your ads and order products.

You will begin to be notified anytime someone places an order through an ad they saw on your website/blog, and before long, you will begin to see those sales turn into commissions of 10%.

Additional Money Making Tips

  1. Write reviews of some of the products we sell to put on your blog and include banner or text links.  Post this on your blog or on free sites such as www.postarticles.com which allow you to post articles for free.    
  2. When you update your blog or write reviews of our products, “Ping” your blog at sites such as www.pingomatic.com  or www.pingmyblog.com which is a service that updates different search engines that your blog has been updated.
  3. Add your affiliate link and banners at the end of your personal e-mails near your signature, and be sure to let all of your friends know that you are blogging.
  4. Join forums and make thread contributions so you can get noticed.  Be sure to include affiliate banners or links to your signature so that anytime you make a contribution, anyone who sees it will see the link in your signature and be able to click on your affiliate link.
  5. Review impressions and click-troughs on the banners and links you are using.  If you find that you are not getting many clicks, try switching out the banners that you have to keep it fresh and attract more attention.  Also update the order of the ads on your blog so your page looks like it is being well-maintained and fresh.
