Shipping Methods
Nurtured Family offers a variety of shipping options to help you get what you want when you need it. To better understand your shipping options please
find your location below and see what is available. If you have special needs that are not accommodated by these options then please let us know. Please make sure the billing and shipping addresses are correct to ensure timely and accurate shipping. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be incurred to reship the package. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted via email and or phone to see what you would like to do.
Free Shipping
Nurtured Family offers free shipping options for both the 48 contiguous states as well as APO and FPO addresses. Areas outside of these are charged minimal shipping based on actual cost. To see if an item ships for free please look for the "Free Shipping" icon on either the category page or the product page. Also, any order over $75 qualifies for free shipping. It's that simple.
A special note for our friends with APO and FPO addresses. Large items such as car seats and strollers are not possible to ship via the US Postal Service and that is the only free shipping method offered for your address. In those cases we simply will not be able to fulfill your order. Smaller, but very heavy items such as laundry detergent may not be able to ship free or may need to be shipped Parcel Post. US Addresses
Nurtured Family ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for addresses within the United States.
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. For expedited orders (UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air), please note that your order must be received before 2 p.m. Central (CST) time Monday through Friday in order to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. CST most likely will not be processed until the next business day (Mon-Fri excluding holidays). Please contact us by phone if you are placing your order after 2:00 PM CST and you need it to go out the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. CST Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Please note that UPS only delivers on Monday through Friday, excepting major holidays.

International Addresses
Nurtured Family ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) for addresses outside the United States.
We only ship by air so delivery times are generally about 1 to 3 weeks depending upon the destination and any delays incurred by Customs. Rates are quoted from the US Postal Service rate server based on the weight and physical dimensions of the order. They will be displayed during the order checkout process before any credit card information is collected. The quoted prices do not take into account any duties and/or taxes that may or may not be due by you upon receipt. Please be aware that we may request more information from you to verify the credit card information and the shipping address.
