Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
from Nurtured Family. We will gladly help you if you
received defective merchandise or are in need of a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your unwashed/unused merchandise for a different size or
color, just ship the merchandise back to us within 4 months (120 days) of purchase. You must include a copy of your sales receipt or a note with your order number, contact information
and what you want us to do. Nurtured Family cannot
be responsible for return shipping charges unless we made
an error on the shipment contents. We recommend that you
insure any return shipments since we cannot
be responsible for returned items being lost or damaged
in the mail. If this is
an exchange being shipped within the US, you will be charged $5.00 for the exchange shipping and handling cost (unless the package will weigh more than 1 lbs and then it will be the actual cost of the shipping).
Special instructions for bra exchanges: If you are exchanging a bra for a different size or color you will not be charged anything unless you are exchanging it for a different style or brand and there is a price difference or this exchange is being shipped outside the US.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unwashed and unused items‡ to us in their
original packaging within 4 months (120 days) of purchase for a full
refund minus shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items for exchange, refund or store credit after 120 days. We recommend that you
insure any return shipments since we cannot
be responsible for returned items lost or damaged
in the mail.
If you received free shipping from Nurtured Family
you will be charged for the actual cost of
shipping the product(s) which includes packaging, postage and handling with a minimum of $4.00. This is also true if you received free shipping and then returned a portion of the merchandise that effectively lowers your purchase amount below the free shipping threshold.
Defective Products
Please do not automatically send defective products back
to Nurtured Family. Different manufacturers have different
methods of handling defective products. Please email us
at support@nurturedfamily.com
and we will give you the details on what you need to do
as well as make arrangements to ship you replacement merchandise or have it shipped to you. If the merchandise is required to be returned prior to replacement, Nurtured Family cannot be responsible for the shipping costs.
